iQor Philippines, a managed services provider with operations in more than seven locations, faced fragmented recruitment workflows: manual reporting, disconnected sourcing and recruiting teams, and difficulty turning offline event leads into trackable digital candidates. To address these challenges they turned to Talkpush’s omnichannel recruitment platform (including the QORI chatbot) to centralize lead capture and analytics.

Talkpush implemented an integrated solution—an analytics dashboard, QORI recruitment chatbot across Messenger and SMS, parametric QR codes for open‑house capture, and an open API integration with SuccessFactors/ATS—to automate pre‑screening, data flows and candidate tracking. As a result iQor gained full visibility of leads and channel performance, automated NPS measurement and pre‑screening, eliminated manual ATS data entry, sped up first contact and hiring-rate measurement by channel, and converted offline interactions into measurable digital leads—saving time, paper and money.
