Pacific Western Transportation, one of North America’s largest transportation companies with more than 5,000 employees across driving, maintenance, dispatch and customer service roles, faced high employee turnover that drove up rehiring and training costs and hurt customer satisfaction. Pacific Western sought an affordable, easy-to-use screening solution and turned to TalentClick, deploying its AVP behavioral assessments to improve hiring decisions.

TalentClick assessed high performers, correlated performance ratings with AVP results, and overlaid “ideal score” ranges on AVP reports so recruiters could gauge fit earlier in screening.
