Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA), a large public transit system serving nearly 4 million people with about 9,600 employees, needed to reduce employee absenteeism, cut safety violations, improve customer service, and provide remote access to candidate assessments. To meet these goals, SEPTA partnered with TalentClick and adopted customized, online assessments—most notably the Driver Safety Quotient (DSQ) designed specifically for transit vehicle operators.
