How a Chemical Manufacturer Enhanced Safety and Improved Production with TalentClick’s SQ Training

Valero Energy — specifically its Valero Renewables division — faced rising safety risks after acquiring several ethanol plants in Iowa where many new hires came from farming backgrounds and lacked experience with comprehensive safety processes. Following two separate incidents at sister plants, HSE Manager Mark Wescoat sought an innovative solution and engaged TalentClick to address gaps in safety awareness and behavior.
