TalentClick worked with Interfor to benchmark roles and customize its Workstyle & Performance Profile (WPP) and Work Values & Attitude (WVA) assessments for multiple job types and locations. The solution added predictive analytics, skills measures, and personalized interview questions, while also providing training for hiring managers. As a result, Interfor expanded the program across all locations, reduced screening time, improved quality of hire, increased hiring of high performers, lowered new-hire turnover, and saw gains in engagement, morale, productivity, and safety.
