Tel-O-Fun Pedals Fast into a New Realm of IT Customer Support

Tel-O-Fun is Tel Aviv’s public bicycle-sharing service with more than 2,000 bikes across 200+ stations and over 10,000 daily user requests. The fully self-service system needed real-time monitoring of bike and station status, lifecycle tracking, and ongoing coordination between locations, but no out-of-the-box product met their requirements within budget and their previous IT tool provider had poor support.

Tel-O-Fun selected SysAid (via local distributor Consist) and customized it into a flexible ITSM platform and asset-management engine: every bike and station lives in a CMDB, station agents continuously ping and update availability, and faults generate service requests automatically. With fast implementation and close cooperation, initial stability issues were resolved, and SysAid now powers the rental service, improving monitoring, customer self-service, and overall operational efficiency.
