ORIOR, a Swiss group of companies with high employee turnover and a distributed IT organization, needed a better way to manage on- and offboarding, password resets, and coordination across teams. Working with SysAid and its ITSM platform, including Automate Joe and the Self-Service Portal, ORIOR wanted to reduce lost requests, late onboarding tickets, and time spent on manual work.

SysAid automated offboarding and onboarding workflows, including account blocking, Active Directory user creation, access rights, and credentialing, while also enabling self-service password resets and faster workflow creation with Workflow Designer. As a result, ORIOR improved IT productivity, increased transparency, and cut ticket resolution time—saving an estimated four hours of handling time per on- and offboarding case.
