British American Tobacco (BAT), a global consumer goods company, needed to integrate the re-acquired Reynolds business and standardize onto a central One SAP ERP (SAP ECC) as part of its “A Better Tomorrow” transformation. Facing tight timelines and a business requirement to avoid disrupting operations, BAT engaged Syniti to lead the complex data migration and consolidation using Syniti’s eight-step migration methodology and the Syniti Knowledge Platform (SKP).
