Carrefour Acts to Bring Quality Food to Everyone

Carrefour, a global retailer driving its "Act for Food" program to make healthy, sustainable food accessible, faced the challenge of bringing shoppers closer to its private-brand and local organic products as eCommerce grew. To elevate product profiles and increase online engagement, Carrefour partnered with Syndigo to deploy enhanced content capabilities — including Videos, Interactive Tours, Image Galleries and other Enriched Content — across its French site.

Syndigo implemented enriched content across Carrefour’s product pages (including items in the new LOOP reusable-packaging program) and provided suppliers with detailed analytics on page traffic and user interactions. The result: more informative, attractive product pages that help customers make purchase decisions, strengthen Carrefour’s private brands, raise awareness of the Act for Food initiative, and enable suppliers to improve listings based on Syndigo’s engagement data.
