AER Manufacturing, a long-time engine remanufacturing leader serving major automakers, needed a more flexible warranty system to replace its decade-old homegrown platform. The company wanted to reduce warranty costs, improve customer service and product quality, and eliminate manual claim entry while integrating with its JD Edwards ERP. Syncron provided the warranty management solution.

Syncron implemented Syncron Warranty Management with configured SmartBlox to automate product inspections, registrations, warranty claims, and parts returns, along with Customer Connect for integration and a Customer Portal for dealers and end consumers. As a result, AER reduced inbound calls and overhead, consolidated systems, improved claims accuracy and productivity, and captured better claim information through photos and document attachments.
