Pets at Home, the UK pet retailer with around 450 stores, was struggling with rapidly growing SKU ranges, limited shelf space and a need to free floor area for in-store services. In a proof of concept with SymphonyAI, Pets at Home saw profit outcomes jump from 2.5% under manual methods to 12%—a fivefold improvement; deployed stores have recorded profit increases up to 13% and sales growth up to 12%.
