SymphonyAI implemented Sensa Investigation Hub as a subject-centric case management layer integrated into the bank’s existing environment, along with Sensa Copilot to support investigators with generative AI. The bank reported around 20% average effort savings in Level 1 and Level 2 investigations within the first few weeks, improved investigation quality through web search capabilities, and expected annual cost savings of about €3.5 million. In a related POC, SymphonyAI’s SensaAI for Sanctions also reduced false positives by 70%, further promising faster alert resolution and more efficient investigations.
