Swiss Post Solutions implemented a document management solution with archive conversion, day-forward scanning, and a secure web portal for instant access. The project scanned and cross-referenced 43 million images, enabled authorised staff to find documents in about 5 seconds, and reduced new correspondence availability from two weeks to within 48 hours. The solution also delivered disaster recovery, regulatory compliance, and cost savings.
