Redis Labs, a provider of in-memory database platforms, needed a faster, data-driven way to equip sales and product marketing with customer stories and insights. The Vice President of Sales Enablement sought to understand when prospects want to engage, what questions and internal obstacles they face, and to create targeted case studies to convert buyers who increasingly self-educate before contacting sales.
By adopting TechValidate (and using SurveyMonkey for training assessments), the team automated reference collection and rapidly scaled their advocacy program and collateral. The program produced 8.5k+ data points, a 120x increase in customer references, 80+ case studies in two years, and grew advocates from 15 to ~1,800—strengthening alignment between sales enablement and product marketing and enabling evidence-based, targeted selling.
