Service CU built a 7-question SurveyMonkey Enterprise survey and sent it each morning via SMS and email, embedding the link in existing communications and using logic to stop and alert HR when symptoms were reported, plus automated reports by location and time window. The solution let staff report by 7am and one AVP triage locations by 7:30am, helping avoid closures and maintain safe workplaces — zero COVID tragedies in NH, one hospitalization (recovered), and 93% of employees continuously testing negative over 14 months.
