How NAVIS created 40 case studies in 2 weeks

NAVIS is a SaaS revenue-performance platform for the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts and vacation rentals). Marketing faced a common but costly problem: an 18-person, geographically dispersed salesforce demanded more client success content than the team could produce, leaving only a few case studies that didn’t represent NAVIS’s growing client base and slowing sales enablement.

NAVIS partnered with TechValidate to run regular NPS-style surveys that both measured customer satisfaction and automatically generated assets. In two weeks after the first survey they auto-produced 40 case studies, identified 77 clients willing to serve as references (plus 55 who allowed attribution), and achieved a 20% response rate and an NPS of +41; the program has driven $1M–$2.5M in incremental revenue and now feeds quarterly, Salesforce-integrated content to the sales team.
