Bureau of Education and Research (BER) delivers professional development and training for teachers across North America. Its long‑standing feedback program depended on tear‑out paper surveys, manual averaging, and postal processing—creating cabinets of data and weeks of delay—so when COVID‑19 required a rapid shift to fully virtual programming, BER needed a scalable, fast way to collect and analyze attendee feedback.
BER moved to SurveyMonkey Team Premier with Contributor seats, QR codes, and branded surveys to digitize the process. Results became nearly instant and easy to review across multiple seminars, enabling developers to provide timely coaching, increasing response rates and yielding more representative feedback; BER now plans to continue offering virtual survey options alongside in‑person choices.
