Madison College consolidated accounts onto SurveyMonkey Enterprise after stakeholder consultation, a pilot workshop, and an RFQ process that favored SurveyMonkey. Instructors are now verified at login, join a centralized campus survey space, and use a course-feedback template to design surveys quickly. The change improved quality control and branding, provided 24/7 customer support, boosted consistency and response rates, and enabled ongoing deployment and analysis of anonymous course feedback to drive improvements in the learning environment.
