In 2016 they moved their application and review process online with SurveyMonkey Apply, centralizing intake, streamlining reviews, and preserving a personal touch. The platform enabled rapid disaster response—during Hurricane Irma they onboarded and supported 130+ applicants in a weekend—and freed staff to focus on mission-driven work, supporting continued program growth and efficient grant delivery.
