Kinaxis, maker of the RapidResponse supply‑chain platform, faced a content gap: they needed fast, credible customer proof to build awareness and credibility but lacked the resources and were restricted by a corporate policy that prevented sharing customer lists for third‑party outreach. Traditional customer interviews were slow, so marketing needed a scalable way to capture real customer outcomes for sales and campaigns.

Kinaxis used TechValidate public‑link surveys (promoted via email, landing pages, trade‑show iPads and incentives like training credits) to collect responses quickly—half of the replies arrived within hours—and built a library of over 100 customer content assets.
