Worldwide Supply, a global buyer and seller of pre-owned networking equipment, had grown from manual Outlook/Excel processes into a multi-team operation that outgrew Sage ACT!. With multiple verticals, separate inventories and a growing sales force, the company needed a flexible CRM that could scale and integrate with its inventory systems and website while supporting complex sales workflows.

Working with NEPO Systems to deploy Sugar Professional, Worldwide Supply integrated CRM with its inventory system and website (with SAP integration underway), automated lead capture, reporting and post-purchase surveys, and customized commission and margin calculations. The solution enabled bi-weekly email marketing to 17,000 customers, cut reporting time by 30–40 hours per month, saved about 10 hours monthly on surveys, streamlined lead imports and reassignment, and measurably improved sales efficiency and customer communication.
