Its previous, homegrown customer‑management system prevented staff from generating new contacts or seeing sales opportunities, leaving sales control and decentralized access to customer data inadequate.
To address this, Spitogatos.gr integrated Sugar Professional (implemented by Qualisys Software) with its existing Adminogatos system, creating a single centralized data platform with uniform sales reporting and mobile access. The four‑month project delivered faster, transparent processes and decentralized access to customer data, boosting sales productivity by about 60%.
