Green Valley, a Delft‑based full‑service agency specializing in user‑friendly Content Management System solutions, faced growing complexity and inefficiency in collecting and managing customer data. Their existing NetSuite CRM could not provide the transparency or a unified data pool sales and marketing needed, so the ~30‑person company set out to replace it with a simpler, integrated CRM that could be quickly adopted and would support better customer targeting and administration.
Working with BrixCRM, Green Valley implemented Sugar Professional and migrated data from NetSuite using an ELT process, creating a 360° view of customers and integrating CRM with their ERP. The new system harmonized opportunity management and sales reporting, improved campaign and support tracking, and — according to the project results — helped Green Valley attract more than twice as many customers while enabling ongoing functional enhancements.
