Perth-based JWH Group, one of Western Australia’s largest home builders with 11 sub-brands and nearly 50 years’ experience, was overwhelmed by a post‑pandemic surge in enquiries. Reliant on spreadsheets and manual, ad‑hoc processes, the sales and marketing teams lacked consistent lead capture, visibility into follow‑up actions, and a systemised approvals process for customer designs, which hurt responsiveness and accountability.

JWH Group implemented AWS‑hosted SugarCRM, tailored across four building brands and supported by partner CRM Online, to centralise data and automate sales workflows. Web‑to‑lead capture, automated routing, time‑to‑contact tracking, escalation rules, approval auditing and dashboard reporting delivered faster, more accountable responses, unified back‑office integrations, remote access, and measurably better control of the sales pipeline — with plans to expand the platform further.
