VetAdvisor is a Falls Church, VA–based nonprofit founded in 2007 that provides veteran-centric holistic coaching across behavioral health, wellness, financial and career transition services. Facing rapid growth, the organization needed to scale personalized coaching, automate workflows, improve data integrity for veterans’ programs, and run proactive mobile and online outreach while meeting strict government privacy and compliance requirements.

VetAdvisor deployed Sugar Professional as a cloud-hosted Veteran Relationship Management platform for 100% of its coaching staff, integrating tools like Twilio, Fitbit and ID.me and custom features for milestones, tracking and case management. The CRM automated outreach and administrative tasks, saved an estimated 500 hours per coach per year, boosted veteran engagement and outcomes through real-time monitoring and analytics, ensured compliance, and reduced staffing overhead while improving executive decision-making.
