Working with SugarCRM partner Epicom, USAFact reconfigured Sugar Professional and rolled out Sugar Mobile, adding standardized, automated quote generation, web-to-lead intake and advanced reporting. Within 12 months sales cycles shrank to within a week of an inbound call, quote preparation dropped from three people/30 minutes to one person/under 5 minutes, revenue rose 20% and contract values increased 15%, while management gained transparency and field teams gained immediate access to sales data.
