Symphony Professional Solutions (London, est. 2012) builds software for accounting and professional services firms and identified a gap: its clients needed a world‑class CRM that integrated tightly with practice management systems to drive business development, support mobile teams, and improve client relationship management. Rather than bolt on a generic tool, Symphony aimed to deliver a purpose‑built CRM that matched the workflows and terminology of accountancy firms.

As an OEM partner of SugarCRM, Symphony launched SymphonyCRM — a rebranded, highly customizable Sugar platform integrated with its Advance Practice Management system and third‑party tools. Custom modules (notably the Richer Relationships module), mobile functionality, and flexible deployment options gave firms faster time to market, greater transparency and productivity, continuous lead and sales management, and improved up‑sell and client‑insight opportunities for customers such as Mazars and Chantrey Vellacott.
