Symbio and local partner SugarFactory implemented Sugar Professional as the CRM backbone, integrating it with the new site and leady.cz to centralize content and tracking. The result was simplified content management, cleaner data, restored cross-team collaboration, increased sales leads, the ability to track online revenue, richer reporting and forecasting, and broader adoption across about 80 sales and marketing users with potential expansion to other regions.
