SOMEFLU is a French, family-owned manufacturer of centrifugal pumps with a decentralized structure across four offices. SOMEFLU deployed SugarCRM (starting with Community Edition, then Sugar Professional) and integrated it with its IBM AS/400 production system using Talend ETL, syncing data every two hours. The solution was rolled out and fully migrated across offices within six months, shortening the sales cycle, improving incident management and customer response times, boosting marketing campaign management, and increasing visibility and productivity across operations.
