Funds2Orgs is a for‑profit social enterprise that pays nonprofits by the pound to collect new and gently used shoes for micro‑entrepreneurs in developing countries, partnering with nearly 20,000 groups and distributing to 26 countries. As the organization grew from spreadsheet‑based tracking and a legacy CRM, its distributed teams, multiple websites, unique no‑contract sales model, and external logistics partners created a need for a highly flexible, centralized CRM to manage leads, partners, and operations.
