Working with BrixCRM, RealConnections migrated to Sugar Corporate On-Demand and Sugar Mobile Plus and integrated it with IBM SmartCloud, VoIP, social feeds and SAML single sign-on. The result: smoother meetings and document tracking directly from CRM, easier campaign ROI tracking, greater mobile productivity, improved data quality and functionality—and costs roughly one third of what they paid with salesforce.com.
