Novalto, a French provider of HR and business services for SMEs, has about 110 employees and roughly 60 sales reps managing 170,000 clients and prospects. Working with Sugar partner Captivea, Novalto implemented Sugar Professional in three months and integrated it with Compiere (ERP), Altares-Manageo, Corporama and Google Maps. The solution eliminated 30 hours per day of unproductive prospecting, cut duplicate data entry entirely, and delivered more than 150 hours per week in time savings—boosting sales productivity and improving real‑time monitoring of opportunities.
