Men’s Wearhouse, one of North America’s largest men’s apparel retailers and the leading supplier of rental tuxedos in the U.S., needed a centralized CRM to support a new outbound tuxedo-rental call center. After acquisitions and partnerships generated large volumes of leads, follow-up was inconsistent across stores and the legacy lead-tracking system couldn’t scale to manage interactions, appointments, and coordination between marketing, the call center, and retail locations.
Partnering with SugarCRM Gold Partner Epicom, Men’s Wearhouse implemented Sugar Enterprise with tailored customizations (campaign and appointment-scheduling modules, custom views) and integration with store tuxedo systems. The solution standardized lead management and outreach, improved cross-team communication, increased the number of selection and fitting appointments set, and made it possible to add new functionality rapidly.
