Corvus Janitorial Systems, a Chicago-based franchisor of office-cleaning businesses with thousands of owner-operated franchises across 19 states, needed to better support franchisees as the company scaled. Rapid growth had left the organization dependent on spreadsheets and paper logs, creating reporting and visibility bottlenecks and forcing teams to spend excessive time on data entry instead of servicing customers.

Corvus chose SugarCRM (after ruling out Salesforce for UX, configurability and cost) and worked with Technology Advisors to build a configurable, no-code CX platform using dashlets, workflows and mobile logging. The solution eliminated manual paperwork, enabled real-time field updates, increased sales outreach from about 70 to 120+ calls per day, improved marketing alignment and leadership visibility through dashboards, and paved the way for further integrations like Sugar Market, ERP, texting and a franchisee portal.
