Content Conversion Specialists (CCS), a Hamburg-based provider of content archiving and digitization services, had outgrown a homegrown CRM that couldn’t interface with Microsoft Office or produce custom reports easily. Lacking pipeline visibility and a scalable sales process, CCS sought a more capable CRM to centralize sales data and improve reporting and efficiency.
Working with SugarCRM partner Genius4U, CCS implemented Sugar Professional onsite for 30 users in three months, standardizing on Accounts, Opportunities and Cases and integrating a “Sales‑Matrix” into Opportunities. The deployment delivered centralized sales tracking, custom reporting and Office email integration, and paved the way for a customized Quotes module to consolidate product/pricing across Europe—improving forecasting, efficiency and end-user adoption.
