CBI Group is a human resources consulting and outsourcing firm that needed a web-based, user-friendly CRM to support a largely remote workforce (50% of employees) and to combine contact management with integrated project management and strong reporting—requirements their legacy ACT system could not meet. The team evaluated several options and chose SugarCRM’s Sugar Suite, which they could demo and download, and implemented in six weeks.
Sugar Suite gave CBI a single view of projects and customer data, improved project managers’ workflows, and delivered real-time dashboards and pipeline reports that now drive sales meetings and executive decisions. Adoption was high, sales automation increased visibility into the pipeline, and CBI plans to expand its use of Sugar Professional as the business grows.
