B2V is a Paris-based social welfare group specializing in retirement, personal protection and health insurance, managing €2 billion in annual revenue for 960,000 individuals and 30,000 businesses. After combining its sales and marketing teams into a development department, B2V needed a scalable, affordable CRM to centralize a single, daily-updated client/prospect file for over one million records, eliminate duplicate contacts, and automate data entry and outreach.

Working with Sugar partner CARRENET, B2V deployed Sugar Professional in three months and integrated it with its core systems to automate data imports.
