Agriconomie, launched in 2014 by three farmers’ sons, is France’s first e‑commerce site dedicated to farmers, offering inputs from fertilizers and seeds to equipment and spare parts. As prices fluctuate widely and farmers plan purchases months ahead, Agriconomie faced the challenge of delivering transparent, personalized digital experiences and precise customer knowledge to help customers budget and buy at the right time.
To solve this, Agriconomie partnered with Synolia to deploy SugarCRM, building a funnel to aggregate and structure rich customer and behavioral data and enable tailored purchasing paths. The CRM—deployed in months and adopted company‑wide—helped deliver personalized communications, improve conversion and basket size, boost retention, and supports 250,000–350,000 users; Agriconomie also reports customers save up to 96 hours and €5,000 per year.
