Texas Tech University needed a better way to manage awards and grants applications after its in-house system began breaking down. The team had relied on a programmer to build application management software, but staffing changes left them without the technical support needed to keep it working. The platform gave users one dashboard to see everything in one place and was easy for staff to maintain without a programmer on staff.
