Quotient, a leading digital media and promotions technology company with more than 1,100 employees across 10 offices, wanted to scale and modernize its philanthropy after employees asked for more ways to give beyond its Coupons for Change and Power of We programs. To expand and globalize workplace giving, Quotient partnered with Submittable and deployed a workplace giving and volunteer-management platform to relaunch its program as Quotient for Change.
Using Submittable, Quotient introduced new-hire credit grants, annual donation matching, paid volunteer time, company-sponsored pillar funds, themed campaigns and a Week of Action with both in-person and virtual opportunities; Submittable also provided campaign customization, volunteer tracking and real-time reporting. The result was stronger global engagement — participation rose domestically and internationally and Quotient reached an average of 121% of its goals for its Black History Month and Women’s History Month campaigns.
