The International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), the world’s largest association for facilities management with 24,000 members across 100+ countries, needed a way to intake and manage diverse content for its online IFMA Knowledge Library. Since adopting Submittable in 2014, IFMA has processed nearly 1,300 submissions into its Knowledge Library, simplifying multi-format intake and review while helping the organization curate a broader range of industry resources.
