Adventure Cycling Association (ACA) is a national nonprofit dedicated to bicycle travel and touring, offering routes, guided tours, events, a magazine, advocacy, and online resources. Facing the need to manage diverse submission types across departments — from HR and sponsorships to magazine content, contests, awards, and resource sharing — ACA turned to Submittable in 2012 to handle its intake and review workflows.

Using Submittable’s submission management platform, 20 ACA team members now operate across departments with more than 85 unique forms to accept and evaluate applications, content, and media. Submittable has helped ACA process over 4,100 submissions, streamlining reviews for job applications, event sponsorships, magazine submissions, awards, and photo/video evaluations while centralizing and simplifying cross-organizational workflows.
