Telus, a major Canadian telecommunications provider, faced the challenge of driving digital adoption for its online self-service resources. They wanted to launch a proof of concept using video content for their internet support pages but were limited by platform options, resources, and budget. Telus partnered with vendor StoryTap to implement its video technology to overcome this and produce FAQ videos.

Using StoryTap's plug-and-play platform, Telus was able to easily produce and embed a large volume of on-brand videos without a dedicated film crew. This solution successfully brought their video POC to life. The results included a 23% increase in website page engagement based on A/B testing. StoryTap's technology also provided valuable customer insights for future content and made video library management scalable for Telus.
