Groupon, a global leader in local commerce serving millions of users across 48 countries, faced frequent failures and missed deadlines with its SOS Berlin job-scheduling setup—about 90 failures a year that required ~20 minutes of admin time each and prevented remote task scheduling unless SOS was installed.
