Saint Thomas Health, an Ascension organization operating nine sites and nearly 1,000 physicians, needed a unified digital scheduling solution to provide a consistent, modern patient experience across facilities. They selected Stericycle Communication Solutions’ InQuicker online scheduling to deliver a white‑labeled, enterprise-wide tool that could be embedded in their website and integrate with their EHR.

Stericycle rolled out InQuicker across emergency departments, walk‑in clinics, specialty services and Saint Thomas Health Medical Partners (bi‑directionally integrated with athenahealth), expanding to 100+ providers. The platform enabled nearly 24,000 appointments (23,873), with 42% new to the site of care, 26% without a primary care physician, 51% mobile bookings and over 3,000 provider visits since January 2015—driving measurable new‑patient acquisition and improved access.
