Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center aimed to enhance patient access, increase convenience, and differentiate from competitors. To address this, they partnered with Stericycle and implemented the InQuicker online check-in and scheduling platform (in use since 2011) across one emergency department, two walk-in clinics, seven lab sites and four mammography locations, supporting roughly 150 physicians and moving toward Epic integration.

Stericycle delivered InQuicker with dedicated implementation and account managers, working with Saint Francis’ clinical and marketing teams and providing initial paid-search support. In 2016 the program produced 4,887 registrations, 61% mobile users, an average user age of 39, 26% new patients, 23% without a primary care provider, and a 90% recommendation rate—clear gains in access, patient engagement and online acquisition driven by Stericycle’s solution.
