Non-Profit Healthcare Organization sought to unify its many hospital systems and prove that a digital self-scheduling tool could drive patient acquisition and satisfaction. The organization expanded its use of Stericycle’s InQuicker (a Stericycle product), moving from eight systems to a controlled pilot in five additional systems to test the solution across emergency departments, urgent cares, and mammography sites.

Stericycle implemented InQuicker in six EDs, 10 urgent care centers, and five mammography sites during a five-month pilot, tracking payor mix, net new patients, and associated revenue. The pilot delivered $1.5M in combined revenue, 1,443 net new patients, a $658K+ revenue increase from net new InQuicker patients, and a higher insured mix (74% vs. 42%), leading the Non-Profit Healthcare Organization to expand InQuicker to 16 systems.
