Multi-Specialty Provider Group Implements Inquicker to Support Patient Acquisition, Sees 38% Net New Patients in First 30 Days

IHA, a not-for-profit multi-specialty medical group in southeast Michigan, needed to strengthen its online presence during the 2015 open enrollment period to drive new patient acquisition and retain existing patients. To address this, IHA partnered with Stericycle and chose the InQuicker digital self-scheduling solution to provide real-time, patient-friendly online access.

Stericycle implemented InQuicker across 200 providers in 30 practices with bi-directional NextGen EHR integration and a coordinated provider-led rollout; in the first 30 days 604 appointments were scheduled, 38% of those were from patients new to IHA, 134 of 200 providers were visited by an InQuicker patient, 91% of users said they would recommend it, and 33% of bookings were made on mobile—results that prompted IHA to accelerate expansion into additional specialties.
