Samsung's Home Appliance Division in Australia sought a method to incentivize and reward their vast network of retail salespeople (RSPs) for participating in training, aiming to improve product knowledge and boost sales. They partnered with Stamp Loyalty for a custom rewards platform to create an engaging hub for earning and redeeming points.
Stamp Loyalty developed the Samsung Learn & Earn platform, featuring two mobile apps for RSPs and trainers. The solution gamified training with event attendance scanning, post-event quizzes, and a points system redeemable for rewards. This led to over 90% RSP registration, significantly increased participation and knowledge retention, major operational cost savings, and industry award recognition for Samsung. Stamp Loyalty also managed the fulfillment for all rewards.
