Vantage Infrastructure, a fund manager specializing in infrastructure equity and debt with operations in London, the USA and Australia, faced the urgent challenge of establishing a new client servicing operating model after becoming independent and continuing to deliver critical monthly and quarterly client reports under tight deadlines. To reproduce complex, client-specific reporting and integrate data from multiple accounting, transaction and performance systems, Vantage engaged SS&C Technologies and its Vision FI solution to provide the needed software and outsourced services.

SS&C Technologies implemented a Vision FI-based outsourced model that replicated nearly 100% of Vantage’s previous in‑house functions, integrating data sources, automating report production and enabling report customization and self‑service. The engagement delivered timely, accurate client reports with ongoing support, reduced ongoing production costs, and shorter turnaround—reports are now produced about one week earlier—while meeting KPIs for timeliness, flexibility, automated data integration and cost‑effectiveness.
